Technical issues

My disc is not working, whom should I contact?

Please contact Customer Service department. We are happy to replace any defective discs. We ask that you please return the defective material to us.

The flash preview is not loading on my computer. What do I need to do?

The flash previews are designed for faster internet connections. If you are using a dial-up modem you may not be able to view the flash. Chances are DSL or other high-speed modem service is available in your area for a low cost.

My video player is not working or out-of-date. Where can I download an update to the latest version?

Go to Adobe.com to download the latest Flash player.

I do not have a credit card, how do I place an order?

You can place an online order using a check from your checking account. You can also mail a check or money order to our address. For other billing arrangements, contact our Customer Service department.

What if I want to cancel my order?

You can cancel your order by contacting our Customer Service department. However, if the order is over $100 or have been shipped a $25 processing fee will be charged for any cancellation made.

How soon will I be receiving my DVD after I placed an order?

Orders place Mondays to Friday before 4pm are shipped the same day. How long it takes to arrive depends on the kind of service you select as your shipping method.

What carrier do you use for shipments? How do you ship your products?

We offer services through UPS or USPS. All products are shipped in plain brown envelopes/boxes or in UPS express packaging.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final unless the product is defective.

I live outside of the United States. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally through USPS and our DVD's are region-free - so they are playable worldwide. When shipping over seas all discs are removed from their jewel cases to ensure speedy processing through customs.

How much does shipping cost when ordering from outside the United States?

The average cost of international shipping is US$34.
